 I haven't had much time to get outside, unfortunately, and now I've got tendonitis in my hip flexor and I am supposed to be resting it for a week, so I am annoyed because it's been raining and I want to look for mushrooms. Oh, well.

I only have a few things from my last walk, but some of them are pretty cool, and one I had NEVER seen before!

Haha, that guy you like, I know of him. He's from Chorley in Lancashire, and he's been in loads of TV stuff here. He's actually quite a good actor, so that's good.

You really ought to watch an episode or two of the show just to appreciate how fucking perfect this casting job is. Cassidy is one of the best comic characters ever and he does it so well... plus I think you'd like the show. No previous comic knowledge relevant... the entire first season had nothing to do with them.

I would not appreciate having any of my body parts rubbed off but perhaps that is a bit of innuendo that might attract the tight girl. Or the wrong one.

Fuck autocorrect. It is a terrible thing. Especially since I'm learning Spanish so it is totally confused. But I type "fuck autocorrect" so often that if I type "fuck" my phone will helpfully suggest "autocorrect" as the next word.

I had to turn autocorrect off on my new phone. It has a strange facility that it will autocorrect even after I overrule the suggestion, which led to many confusing exchanges, including one where I sent my mother a text telling her that my grandma 'liked the bitches' instead of budgies.

Maybe she does like the bitches...

Mine insists that "have" is not a word and will change it to "gave". It also because of the Spanish thinks "to" is supposed to be "yo" and changes it accordingly.

I don't think she specifically hates the bitches, but tbh I've never asked her about it. I'll have to ask her, but if you don't mind I'd like to wait for the right moment to bring it up, like during Christmas dinner.
