my mountain of stuff......

seems to go on forever! Before we can move and get a new house, we have to prepare this one for sale. The good news is that will be a lot less work than we had planned on putting into this house. We got sort of sidetracked in our remodeling efforts, first by my health which really went to hell the year before last and then the punkin came! So now, we are just fixing the things that were wrong with it from the beginning and touching up some projects. The problem comes from the fact that it really is a small sort of hobbit hole of a house . It's like each room was built by a different person, each of whom had no need for storage. With four people living here, getting enough room to complete a project becomes a challenge. Especially, when we all like stuff. (Where is George Carlin when I need him?) So.... I've been trying to sort out and put some stuff in rubbermaid containers. I'm trying to be very stern about what I keep, but like I've said before, everything has a memory attached. It's really quite tiring. The one thing I can say for myself, there is a lot of nice, funky stuff all around me!
Anywho, I'm really doing something useful, between naps with the cat. I try to pay for my keep!
Pandora and I have decided that each room in the new house will have shelves from floor to ceiling! Our stuff will have homes!!
Again, I'm taking up all the wall space so I don't have to hang my work...does anyone else see a pattern?
