My director at work has said it would probably be ok for me to start working full time, which is great as it would mean a lot more money :)
But because things are never that easy, I can't find a childminder who can drop off and pick up Aimee from school. Its so frustrating because there are plenty of childminders in the area, but they all pick up from different schools to the one Aimee attends and due to all schools starting and finishing at roughly the same time they can only pick up from one school. Not a single childminder covers Aimees school.

I will obviously continue trying to find someone, but I really want to work full time and don't know what to do if I can't. It would benefit me not only financially but probably in terms of career development as well.

I don't really want to have to get Aimee to change schools, as she can be quite a shy child and therefore would be especially hard for her to adjust to a new enviornment. I may have to just put my own needs ahead of Aimees for a change, but I feel so guilty even just thinking about doing that.

And five years ago today I was part way through an evil 36 hour labour, which means Aimee will be 5 tomorrow.
