I have finished my marathon re-reading of the first five Harry Potter Books, and I finished the new one.
It was a blast.
Unlike a lot of people I've spoken to, I really liked the sixth book. I thought she took it in the direction that it needed to go in (even though that was not a direction I necessarily WANTED for it to go). Goblet of Fire is still my favorite; it's just awesome. But this one was important because it answered so many questions, and we finally got to see some of the teenage angst worked through. Even though we had to suffer a lot more to get to that point. Great read. Highly recommend it.
