MINI-EVENT IC POST: Action
[There’s the sound of bells-and the stamping of quite a few pairs of hooves.
Misty breath billows into the air from the nostrils of the huge, chestnut reindeer. A few toss their heads as they pull the huge sleigh along the snow-laden roads of the city. The man within the sleigh is elderly, with an impressive beard and a wizened face, but the eyes that flick watchfully to and fro are laden with much experience and there’s even a sad sort of softness to them. One gnarled hand is clasped about an equally gnarled cane, resting beside him.
(Behind him sits an enormous velvet sack.)
Those out in the streets may encounter him and his sleigh as he slows to greet them, or else the man ponderously making his way up to their front door to knock on the door with the end of a gnarled cane to deliver something personally. Or in some cases, leaving bundles or packages laid on doorsteps, with the special gift within for the residents of this city.]
