The house he picked for himself has obviously been cleaned well, and it seems he's putting up decorations for Christmas too....]
.... It's kind of sad being separated from family and friends at this time isn't it?
[He's actually been thinking about this for a while once he found out just what time it is....]
So I guess this is the official invitation...
[He pauses. This is kind of difficult. Usually he would be prompted by his friends to do this sort of stuff, but... He supposed he just kind of has to go for it.]
I'm inviting everyone over for a Christmas party. There'll be food and cake...

A grab bag event too... So everyone gets a present...
... I figure it would also be a nice way to get to know people, so... Those who want to come can just drop by.

There's also a note that if someone doesn't have someone to follow them home and don't want to walk alone, he's more than willing to accompany them.]
