Any ways, I've heard some about them and if they're anything like those in the stories they are nothing but mindless killers once the infection takes full hold of them and they feed on the flesh of others.
You can help by not getting yourselves bitten. From what I understand without a cure or potion to control those who are bitten must be destroyed to save the uninfected.
