He makes a face when he realizes where the source is, and carefully he retraces his steps to where he'd left his bag. Kanon crouches down, hand moving- past the watch at first, feeling about before finally his fingers close over it.]

I didn't realize I was being watched. [He smirks wryly at his pun.]

It's not your fault. These things seem to like turning on when people don't expect it. It makes things a little inconvenient, if not just annoying.

Stringed ones, mostly. My preference is the koto, but sadly they don't have any here.
