I was there, but I didn't - [She blushes faintly, which is better than the pallor she would have taken on if she thought too much about his wounds. Medical treatment isn't one of those things on Jan's list of skills to be confident of, even after Chapel's training.] I just did what was needed.

I saw Chapel's records on the Nations, but I've never really dealt with beings like...I mean...I guess I'm trying to figure out a bit about your physiology.

...What about our physiology? We're built and, on a biological level, are the same as normal humans, I think. I've never noticed anything different.
