I have an announcement for you all.
[Well lookie here. Its Elena, crawled out of the depths of her paperwork and super-secret Turk duties that nobody knew about. Yes, that's where she's been for several weeks. The last few days, though, have been quite a different story. She had been scouring the apartment, the city, and even the catacombs, nearly turning the city upside down until finally accepting the terrible truth.
Which is why she's making this annoucement from Rufus' office. She's sitting at the single desk, papers and files removed for the presentation.]
As now, Rufus ShinRa is no longer a resident of Ruby City and had returned back to Gaia. For those of you who were here during his last disappearance, you may well know what happens next. For those of you who do not, I am here to let you know that starting today I will be taking up the role as the leader of the ShinRa Apartments. Despite the President's abrupt leave, nothing will be changing and all proejcts will be continued.
That being said, I will need to meet with each of you privately to discuss any and all projects, assignments, or missions that the President gave to you. I know that some of you came with the understanding that you would be serving ShinRa and ShinRa alone, and I understand that some of you may choose to leave since he is no longer there. Whatever your decision, you were welcomed here by the President and will continue be welcomed here.

[Finished, Elena leaned forward to turn of the communicator, pausing for a second and looking back to the camera.]
Oh, Reno, 202, Axel? Would you please come see me as soon as you can? Thank you.

[Unlike the first message, which was professionally laid-back, the second message is much more carefully planned out. Elena is sitting at the vast, empty desk with her back to the wall of glass displaying the whole of Ruby City behind her. There is not a hair out of place, no peice of lint to be found on her jacket, not a single wrinkle in her suit. Her face is somber and somewhat strained, but she remains stoic and resolute, as the feed beings.]
Good Afternoon, Ruby City. For those of you who do not know me, let me introduce myself. My name is Elena and I have worked alongside Rufus ShinRa before and after arriving to the city. I regret to inform you all that President ShinRa has returned to his home and is no longer in the city. This announcement may be familair to those of you who were here when he previously left the city.
And just like before, just because he is no longer here does not mean that the work he has done will be ignored or left uncompleted. I will be pushing forward with all his projects intiatives.
