Looking for supplies

[For one of the first times since he arrived Severus Snape is down at street level, wandering the roads and alleyways for supplies. In one hand he carries the list he had been given by Lezard. The wizard is anxious to start his work and find a way out of this god-awful place

[[Here's a promising looking shop, the light is on, and inside is the sound of ticking and the smell of smoky tea. It might be a good idea to see what's available inside, or to simply take a break from wandering around.]]

[Severus notices the odd shop. He eyes it, suspiciously at first, but wanders over none the less and pokes his head in.]

[[Inside is filled with clocks, watches, and clockwork machines. A moving teapot paces around on the countertop, behind which sits a rather odd-looking person. She seems at first to be dressed in the clothing style of a Victorian gentleman, though she has a corset on over the top of her clothes and odd armour plates over her arms. She calls out, and her accent is that of upper class London.]]

Good day! Please, come in~.

[He raises an eyebrow at her but enters the shop none the less.]

Hello.

How may I help you?

[[What appears to be an enchanted pocket watch is hiding behind her arm, apparently afraid of Snape.]]

[The odd pocket watch does not escape Severus's keen eyes and he raises that eyebrow a little further.]

First, tell me what that is.

[He motions to the frightened creature.]

This is Fetch-It. He's my assistant.

[[She pushes it forward and it waves nervously.]]

Fetch-It, be polite.

[[It bows to Snape.]]

[Severus glances at the strange creature.]

What is he?

He's a clockwork, same as all the other machines I sell.

Is he alive or enchanted?

[He has taken a few steps closer.]

[ergaleomancer]

[[Enchanted. Definitely enchanted. This place reeks of magic.]]

A machine. Simple clockwork, nothing more.

[[She doesn't seem to be lying, though. More like...unaware that she's magical.]]

Hmm. Very well.

[He takes another moment to look around the shop.]

I am looking for items that one might need for experiments - in a laboratory. Do you think you have anything of use to me?

I could make what you need custom. It would take me a few weeks, I already have a large order in at the moment, but I can set you up with everything you'd need as soon as I've finished it.

[[She's excited now; she's glad to have work to do. She turns to a clear page in her notebook and begins sketching diagrams of various things necessary for laboratory work.]]

Is non-reactive metal all right? I don't have access to glass.
