There are plenty of stores in the city - I'm not so good at giving exact directions for any that might have cat food, but everything in them is free for the taking.

Of course. There are still plenty of rooms there, and only a handful of guests. There are only a few things you need to go by in order to stay there - please, no physical violence if you can help it. Be open minded to the other residents there, as everyone is likely from a different world. If you want something more advanced than soup and sandwiches, it'd be best to cook for yourself. And lastly, I am the head of household there, and whoever needs it has my protection.
