[Seeing as how Austria can't really do anything about the recent strange changes in the city, he didn't see a reason to put this off any longer. He's sitting at a table in the middle of a very clean cafe, a case of pastries behind him.]
I must apologize to everyone I had spoken to about setting up concerts for the city. I had an idea, and got caught up in setting this cafe up. I thought that it would be easier if I were to open up my own shop, and set up performances around my schedule, rather than someone else's. Of course, I don't expect people to come just for music. As you can see, I am going to be sharing some of my best desserts with everyone. So please, do come by and try something.
