12 -- AU evented so hard.
[A thick screen of smoke obscures the watch's vision as several hellish sounds of... something being killed can be heard. The smoke and the dust eventually settle to reveal Ruby City's park, which, while not being exactly nice, looks like it's seen better days. Many of the trees are fallen and splintered in half, several monsters lie crushed and trampled underfoot, and...
And... something in the background is moving, twisting, thrashing as it literally tears the last monster in half. Both sides drip crimson as the plant... thin casually tosses both monster chunks aside.]
That is enough--!
[In a flash of light, the plant monster fades away as if being summoned away. In the foreground, there's a familiar young woman standing amidst the carnage, tugging a bit at her collar as she glances about the park perimeter.]
...how frustrating... this isn't nearly as interesting as chasing down illegal contractors back home, is it... ?
[Behold one Ada Vessalius glancing down into the communicator -- she's still got that same innocent-looking face, but she's definitely far from it. Observant ones may even noticed a bit of a contractor seal peeking out from under her shirt, which has been unbuttoned slightly.]
