10th Sacrifice [Action/Video/Audio/text/clusterfuck - forward dated to noon]
[Somewhere in the city Hidan is running about, from one completely visible hiding place to the next, stalking the residents of Ruby City. It doesn't help that he broadcasts every move on the network because he's treating the communicator like a walkie talkie, and talking to someone who isn't there. Here and there he jumps from his hiding place, running up to tag his 'victum' and then running away, laughing happily and telling them that they are "dead".
