Elena, here. I've been bouncing between the hospital and the apartments, but I've been mostly at the apartments.

Odd. While I put Rufus on lock down when the incident started with several personal protection drones, his communicator should not have been affected. You and I should make a visit to his quarters later.

Conan's ready whenever we are. We'll meet there in a few hours, that should give you plenty of time to go around HQ and get a headcount since Rufus isn't the only one I haven't heard from or seen around town.
Has 202 or Axel been hired as official Turks yet?

Sounds like a good plan. I've not heard from a few of the residents in the apartments, its best to get an idea who is still around. This was a pretty incident, I'm sure some people have locked themselves up in their apartments.
No, but clearly 202 has proven herself. Have you introduced her to Rufus yet? As for Axel, I was working on him on a few missions as part of the recruitment effort, but I don't recall if he was officially brought on.

I would, but like I said, I haven't seen him since I got here to even introduce her. I'm plannin' on taking Axel out with me to see Gilbert and Ludwig, see what he can do. If they clear with us, I'll keep tailin' them to see about recruitment into other departments. [ Not the Turks or SOLDIER. But. You know. That special one for this city. ]

That needs to remedied immedeatly. I'll schedule a meeting for 202 to meet with the Boss. With both our backing he'll have little arguement with our new recruit. [Which means - ha! - Elena's no longer the Rookie!]
Mmmmm, that's a good idea. Axel has the skills - he and I put on a good show for Rufus some time back - but I didn't get enough time with him to formulate a full opinion. [There's a slight grin.] I like that idea. Finally get a few other people to pick up the slack.
