[So far Elena has had no luck in finding Elraine, not even with the help from Conan and a few others. Bad news indeed, what with that horrific feed that came through only a few days ago. Elena was up and out of her seat the minute she saw it, within minutes she was on the streets, looking for Elle. When the feed turns on it shows Elena walking down one of the many, many streets of the city, eyes looking up from the communicator every few steps to scan the area.]
This is an APB for the entirety of Ruby City. Myself and others are looking for a young woman named Elraine Figarette. She is a young woman with light green eyes and a pale shade of light blue hair. If you see a young woman who matches this description, please -
[Where she had been nothing but serious and professional, Elena's eyes had drifted up and to the left. Before they start to drag away to the other side of the street they snap back to the left, eyes widening and pupils contracting. For several heartbeats she says nothing, mouth coming slightly open, a look of intense consideration flitting across her features before returning to the communicator.]

I don't know if either of you saw the feed of the young girl who killed that new visitor or not, but she's the girl we need to locate. I've attached a photo for you to reference. Clearly there's more to her than any of us assumed and it could potentially pose a threat to the city. I don't want her harmed. She's a sweet girl, but we need to find her and isolate her. Be careful if you do find her and don't touch or let her touch you, we don't fully know what caused the death, and take her directly to the local nurse, Christine I will be reaching out to Christine and let her know to prepare for Elraine when we find her. There are several others who are already looking for her, but I want us to find her first if possible.

Hello Christine. I'm sure you saw the...video with Elle in it recently. I don't know if you know what's wrong or if you have any idea if it is anything medical, or if there is even anything we can do to help her, but I've got my team looking for her. They've been instructed to bring her to you directly upon finding her, as well as to not touch her or have her touch them. Not until we have a better idea as to what is going on with her.
[There's a short pause. Elena doesn't exactly like the idea that she's just put Reno and 202 into a dangerous situation. They were flying blind in regards to what to expect, a scenario that Elena very much frowned upon. She looks up again, having taken several more steps. Again, there's a nagging feeling that she sees something in the dark, reflective windows she's passing but its gone before she can see it. Nevertheless, it leaves her slightly unnerved, the feeling of icy fingers of recognition of that unseen something just barely dancing across the back of her neck.]
