I will be sending wishes off the wall after sunset tonight. If you would like to send one too, just follow the lights~!

((ooc note: Kaoru will be flying sky lanterns off the observation deck on the top of the city wall, to see in his and Hikaru's birthday (which signals the start of the Fear event, sob ;_;). Anyone who wants to indulge in a little bit of childish delight ahead of the sheer horror that is to come is welcome to drop by the log post before the event starts ;) Naturally any characters who don't wish to take part can still watch from the ground
