Fourth Pet [Action]

[The Count adores good weather. Back home, on good days he would take walks, or force the idiotic human who often invaded his space to go on a picnic with him. Good weather in this place was hard to come by, so when it gets a little less overcast, and a little warmer, he likes to leave his door and windows open to take advantage of it.
