[Izaya's doing what he does everyday, which is sit somewhere up high, and watch people. Foster might notice the shininess coming off of his binoculars, or one of his rings, of even see him distractedly playing with his flickblade]

[He flits over, landing on top of the binoculars, and looking over at the rings on his hand, ignoring the knife for now. Oh, but when it did catchhis eye, he remembered how much he missed having his pike around...b-but the rings were so colorful and right there! Oh, wat do...]

[Izaya hadn't noticed the small creature, entirely focused on his creeping. A smile grew on his face, the same kind of sneaky smile that Angel almost always seemed to have on his face. This here is a tricky man as well. He pauses with playing with his flickblade, the silver ring on his hand glittering in the light]

[Shiiiinyyyyyyy....he leans over to look at the ring, and then notices the binoculars he was standing on. How...peculiar- he leaned over to look into one of the lenses, curious. It appeared to be...an itty-bitty eyeball. Huh...]

[Izaya was watching what looked like an attempt at flirting when some enormous grey face enters his vision. He pulls the binoculars away from his face, confused when he sees the creature sitting on top of them]

[He blinked when he was suddenly moving and then turned around, sitting on the binoculars, his wings shifting curiously.]

[Izaya's confusion dissipates, replaced by a smirk. He still didn't know what this thing was, but that didn't mean he couldn't pretend to be in control]

[Glances at the rings on his hand.]

[His eyes follow the creature's, before smirking]

[He slides off a ring, but keeps a firm grasp on it]
