[Things are being moved, what sounds like a soldering iron is being used, and general sounds of construction are being picked up by Carmen's communicator. A pencil or a pen can be heard moving on paper, pages being turned and then more items being moved. Carmen's voice follows after a few minutes.] "This.. Is going to take more time than I realized."
[There's a pause and then Carmen laughs] "I have some questions for whoever wants to answer them. Don't bother asking Charles Fort. He's only providing the data."
[Click. The feed goes off.]
