He's sitting outside in between trees and flowers, and his hands are shaking a little, if you look closely, but you'd have to turn your own watch upside down to really notice him, if you were inclined to notice him at all. That's because his bear is holding the watch, and he's holding it upside down, trained on the Nation, with a border of fluffy white fur around the image.
