The clocks chime with the new hour in the houses and in the streets. Suddenly all the Heartless seem to pull back, vanishing in the darkness. All is eerily silent as they stop chiming...
Then the clouds part in the sky, and an eerie pale blue light begins to flood the streets. What is the source of the light, you ask? Why, it is nothing other than-]
'All hearts to be one, one heart to encompass all. Realize the destiny: the realm of Kingdom Hearts.'
[Looks like someone decided to remark on this phenomenon.]
'The great darkness sealed within the great heart. Progeny of darkness, come back to the eternal darkness!'
[The book slams shut once more, and there's an eerie chuckle; one of a villain who is winning.]
Seek the light, or turn away from it and shut your eyes. It will make no difference which path you take for all roads lead to the dark depths all hearts are born. Even yours.

[OOC: For those who venture out into the night everything will seem eerily calm until you round corners; then Shadows and Neoshadows will pull themselves from the ground. This post is open to any reactions to Kingdom Hearts appearing as well as responses to Ansem's broadcast. Enjoy the brief respite. Also, for those trying to sense Sora's and Riku's positions... the possible locations for them are the cathedral, near the entrances to the catacombs, and deep inside the forest. An event log will be posted later tonight/today/tomorrow/what have you for the search and rescue. Though, I am pretty sure that there will be a couple exceptions...]
