-it's no good, that's about as much as I can see of him. [Maciel picks up the watch beside him, looking at it grimly.]
It's about Sora! I- A-ah, Naata!
[The dark dragonling snatches the watch from him, the screen showing nothing much but the ground and Naata's foot while he scolds Maciel about saying such information so openly over these

What is it? What about Sora?

Ah, Xion! Thank goodness- we were worried since we hadn't heard from you for a while!
Naata and I were able to finally sense him somewhere, but we haven't been able to narrow down just where that is. The darkness is too overwhelming, it's difficult to really sort through.
The darkness still seems to be most concentrated in the forest, but it's also seemed to spread near where the cathedral is.

Sense him. She had to give them a lot of credit. Being capable of that was really useful in this situation. She nodded although he couldn't see it.] The cathedral and the forest... Right. I'll look into those.
...Oh, and Maciel? I'm glad you're all okay, too.

Mm! Especially thanks to your intervention the other day.
-Ah, you're going to go alone? [Obviously he does not agree with this idea.]

She hesitated and then.] Just doing some recon. If I find out anything, I'll let the others know. That's all. [N-No worries! ...Really. Although with her doing-it-alone complex, well.]

So of course Maciel would blurt out the obvious solution (in his mind, anyway).]
-I'll come with you!

You should stay at the house with your friends. Besides, like I said, I'm just going to check things out. If it gets too much, I can always take a corridor. So, don't worry! [You're not losing your heart, too!]

A-ah...
...but-
[Obviously there's no talking her out of it with that tone. Finally, Maciel concedes.]
...all right. You're just going to look. All the same, please be careful, Xion. I can't help but worry about anyone out there with those things. The dragonlings don't want anything happening to you either!

Whatever the case, she really couldn't help but feel bad as he struggling with his words for a moment... then finally settling. ...That was easier than she had thought it would be. If anything, it actually made her feel a little guilty and her voice softened at that.]
...I understand. [Know what it is to worry about others.] I'll be careful. I pro- [An off beat.] ...I will, so. [Take care of yourself. You and the dragonlings.]

Maciel is the type that wears his heart on his sleeve. He's never any good at hiding things, and is always quick to help. With the responsibility of seven dragonlings, it's no wonder he's also so overly protective of people he comes to consider as friends, so it's always hard for him to let things go like this. But then trust is also a part of friendship, right?
Saying anything more at this point would just be repetitive, and who knows how much time they had? Slowly, the young sorcerer gives a nod.]

She noted the nod, a faint smile coming in turn although he wouldn't be able to see it. Xion would always be weary of people. It was just her nature. But she wasn't lost to kindness, not after living in the city for over half a year now.]
I'll let you know what I find. Talk to you then.
[And with that, her feed cut.]
