ShinRa-san's gone. H-Hattori Heiji too. Elena-neesan isn't gone -- ah, which reminds me! I knew Heiji-niichan was gone right away because he gave me his celphone when he arrived. He said that since it was something he had on him when he arrived, if he ever vanished from the city, it'd go too, so if he went missing, I'd know whether he was here and needed help and not just think he'd been sent home. Sometimes bad stuff happens to people here in the city, so if you want to be sure that people know if you're here or not here, give something you arrived with to someone you see everyday, who will notice if you're gone. That way, they will know to come look for you or not if anything happens, okay?
