[It's morning. Not early -- the sun is up and the birds active outside. But recent events and concern for their friends have taken a toll; both Ran and Conan are fast asleep. You know this -- because you can see them.
The video feed opened with a quietness that implies it's not been turned on intentionally. It's slightly lopsided, the watch resting on top of a dresser looking across at the bed. Ran's curled up, sound asleep, like a child with a teddy bear. Her teddy bear? Conan. The tiny detective is as fast asleep as she is, which is apparent to anyone who knows him -- in what other circumstances would he let anyone see him cuddled? And he is, by the way. Thoroughly. Tucked under Ran's chin, Conan's eyes finally flutter open, frowning sleepily at his surroundings untill he recognises them. He doesn't seem to be feeling the lack of glasses as he scoots along until he's able to sit up, smiling sleepily down at Ran before his eyes come to rest on the watch -- and widen in panic.
The tiny detective immediately makes a dive for it. Unfortunately, he's still tangled in the blankets and only succeeds in falling off the bed. He collides with the base of the dresser however, in the process managing to knock the watch to the floor, the impact ending the feed.
