(
Oh where, oh where, has my irken friend been? )
But, because this Irken was a creature of immense pride, he wouldn't let anyone keep him down and make him submit. So, after a frustrated grumble, muttering to himself in his native tongue, he snatched up his wig from the table to fit over his head and popped the contacts into his eyes. These things, he understood he didn't have to wear them here, but it was normal and familiar. And without the incessant, annoying background chatter of Gir grating on his nerves, without the whirr of his machinery and the constant attempts to break into his base by Dib, it felt too empty for his liking.
When he arrived at the fountain, he stood at his full height, head high and arms folded behind his back like a soldier. Upon hearing his name he looked over and down initially, but there was no face there. Seeing this being was taller than him made him sneer while looking him over briefly.
"I'm assuming you're my new assistant?" He sounded a little calmer--less bitter, but still aloof and harsh. He wouldn't let the difference in height get to him. This thing was not Irken, this thing was still inferior to him, and this thing would be treated as such. He didn't care if he had to look up to order him around, his ego and bravado would make up the difference in height.

Tavros wanders over to the rather short individual, he had expected a little.. more, but thank god for him this wasn't like Tavros to actually say! He was kind of cute actually, tiny and green. He smiled and waved a little, putting his hands behind him as he walked over to Zim, Tinkerbull hovering slowly behind him with as much as he can show, an agitated look. This lusus, it calls shenanigans on all of this.
"Yes! I uh, think, heh." His tone is confident at first, lingering a little bit afterwards, a hand going behind his head as he looks down on the SMALL figure. Haha, if only Tavros was someone to comment on these things.

Instead, the largest section in his PAK opened up, allowing a thin purple arm to extend, joints allowing it to arch over his head. The end of that one arm unfolded and opened up to allow a holographic screen to light up.
"Observe, assistant." He tapped on a few folders, following a few different paths through countless files of information he's neatly sorted away. After a minute, a photo of a dwarf appeared, along with information in his own language. "This is what the human labels as a 'dwarf.' Since this city has changed, there are few structures with metal frames remaining. We will instead capture all of these mining creatures and steal the metals from them.
You will be capturing the dwarfs and assisting in the theft. ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS!?"

"Uh, do we have to capture them? What if I just get the metal? Without capturing them? And uh, what kind of metal?"
Reply
"Copper, aluminum, and titanium are preferable, but this race is known for a very light, durable metal known as mythril. I will find use for everything harvested, rest assured."

"It'll be easy, you can just carry them around and we'll corral them all in a house to take inventory. NO STOP QUESTIONING ME!" Eyes narrow at Tavros, daring him to keep challenging him. As it were, he thought all of the creatures that looked like Equius were just as strong as he, but he would still bluff.

His plans were kind of...round about and made to take longer then they could. Tavros did not really understand why they needed to capture them. There was really no point to it, it just seemed kind of mean...
