[Much like the rest of the city, there are programs waiting for people to make thesmelves known. They'll be attacking with discs, but like the other NPCS they can be easily taken out. Once the tower is reached, the NPCs surrounding it can be killed as well, which will get the tower prepared to fix the city. When posting with your character please indicate what team they're on in an OOC note! If they're not on a team, just note that as well!]

The tower stands tall, defiant, waiting for the capture. A shining prize in the center of the city. And she's ready to take it. Arms crossed over her chest, Elena looks over to the rest of her team. It was an....interesting lot, to say the least. But she'd managed with weirder and less. All that mattered was organization and the proper use of their skills and equipment.

"Okay, team, we need to plan of attack. It would be a waste of energy to rush in blindly."

Naoki stood off slightly to the side, his arms folded over his chest as well, his eyes narrowed with thought. His eyes flicked back to Elena as she spoke and his head cocked slightly to one side. "What do you propose?" he asked, shifting from foot to foot. "Should one of us go ahead and scout the place out beforehand?"

[Once the tower has been reached and the surrounding programs destroyed, the tower's hum will die down as it displays a basic dialouge box at the same eye level as the characters- 'Confirm command "rewrite-city"?" with Yes and No buttons beneath it. When the Yes button is selected (it can be touched), your character's User powers will activate, materalizing as spheres of light. Feel free to have your characters watch or remark on things. When the command is carried out, the tower will fade out and the city will rewrite itself into its normal form.]
