Goro had seen the announcement, and while he had only heard of St. Patrick's Day in passing and knew it had something to do with Ireland, he didn't feel like passing up the chance to hang out with people. So leaving Toge at home and making sure he had fresh water and food, Goro had headed to the bar. Stepping inside and looking around, Goro took in everything before he noticed Jayne behind the bar.

Smiling and waving, he called, "Hey!"

"Hey Goro!" Jayne chirped as Goro walked in. Noticing that the teen wasn't wearing any green, he grinned and leaned against the counter, waving him over. "C'mere a second, I got something for ya."

Walking over to the counter, Goro blinked at the face paint Jayne was sporting. "What is it?" Come to think of it, there was a lot of green around. Trying to remember if the holiday had anything to do with green, and failing, Goro looked back to Jayne.

Leaning over the counter, Jayne reached out to pinch Goro's cheek. He didn't understand why, exactly, but Canada had assured him that anyone not wearing green needed to be pinched. And besides, if Goro would let him, he'd follow it up with a kiss.

Goro was following until out of nowhere, he was pinched. "H-Hey!" But then there was kissing and Goro was kind of too confused to do very much. His cheeks went slightly red. "Why'd you pinch me?"

"You ain't wearin' green. S'tradition, or so I'm told." But because he's such a nice guy, and Canada helped him prepare, he pulled out the crayon of facepaint that he'd used to draw on his own face and held it up. "I can fix that for ya though, if you want!"

"Oh!" It seemed like a weird tradition though, but it explained the clover on Jayne's cheek. "Sure!" a pause. "I don't have to pinch anyone, do I?"

"If you don't wanna, I don't think so. Ain't nobody gonna make you pinch anybody else, anyway."

Cupping Goro's chin in one hand, he drew a clover on the teen's cheek. After a moment's thought, he brushed the crayon over his lips, painting them bright green. "There. Now you can give people who ain't wearin' green a kiss, and save 'em from bein' pinched instead."

"Yay! Ah.." As his lips were painted, Goro froze and then touched them lightly. "Huh.. Oh, hey, that's a great idea, Jayne! Maybe I'll do that." Because the paint was already there, and it was a good idea, so. "Hm.. But you've already got one of those clovers on you."

"Still got one cheek free," he winked, turning his head to offer Goro his other cheek.

Goro blushed a little, but nodded and kissed Jayne's cheek. Pulling away and looking at the mark, he laughed. "It looks nice."

"Yeah? I trust ya not to lie to me." Grinning, he leaned back and turned to the shelves of liquor. "So, can I get'cha somethin' to drink? Only green drinks tonight, Canada's orders. But I got stuff I can add to make stuff green, so order whatever ya want."

"I wouldn't!" Goro affirmed before he thought for a moment and then nodded. "Champagne." It sounded good enough, and it made him think of parties. A pause. "Is beer good? I've never had it."
