[OPEN] ~Ice skating~
Who: Canada, Denmark, Hungary, Seychelles (?); everyone whom Canada invited (roughly all nations), and just everyone who happens to pass by
What: Skating, mingling, drinking hot cocoa probably
When: Backdated to the afternoon of February 15th
Where: Ice rink on Aqua's roof
Warnings: TBA, probably PG?

There's everything that you need to have fun: Cold, Ice, and skates. If you don't have any, you can find a pair that fits you a bit to the side. Someone even made hot cocoa and found a set of hockey sticks and pucks.
If you have no idea how to do this, ask around for help. If you don't want to do it at all, stand and watch the others and sip some cocoa and get dragged on the ice by someone. If you want to show off, do that. In other words:
Mingle and have fun (or not XD)!
