BYO witty subject line.
As usual, I suck at updating. For the peoples who don't have Facebook, I will be posting photo ops from my very first convention soon (yep, it's been that long since I updated - I attended the AHBL 2 convention in Sydney/Melbourne :) ).
This post sort of stems from that. As you may know, one of the guests who attended was Rob Benedict (who I am now completely in love with btw, but that's a long story for another time), and of course there's his band Louden Swain. Now, I already had a fair idea who the band was and their music was thanks to itzaimster, but I wasn't paying much attention, at my own peril. Then I bought their album at the con as Rob had bought a bunch to sell there. Long story short, I'm now completely and utterly at these guys' mercy. I haven't loved a band this completely for a very long time.
Which means I'm now a Street Team Member, and I'm quite happy to do their bidding. So this brings me to the point of this post (I know, I'm very long winded). The band need your help. I've already posted this over at Facebook and Twitter, but seeing as there seems to be more people who are aware of the band here (I'm hoping that's the case, anyway), I thought I'd plead their case here.
They need all the votes you can give them. Go here - http://www.playcrossroads.com/loudenswain - it only takes a minute to sign up, and another second to vote. You can vote once a day, but seeing as there's only 5 days left to do so, I also need you guys to spam this link EVERYWHERE you can think of. I cannot think of a band more deserving. And because I can, here's links to two of their best videos. If you aren't listening to them already, then why not? I don't know what else I can say, really... just watch the videos. Then you'll understand.
Both songs are off their latest album, A Brand New Hurt. An album that had me hooked instantly. I dare you not to get either song stuck in your head!
