hahahaha. To be fair, when she says that "Putin rears his head" it sounds crazy. But have you seen a picture of that man with his shirt off? And heard the story about him and the tiger? And do you know that hes a sambo expert? (its a martial art developed by the KGB ( ... )

I'm not dismissing her because she's ideologically different, and I don't think she's evil, and maybe not stupid. I think she's grossly unqualified to be anything other than governor of Alaska. (And I don't even know how qualified for that she is.) It's a rough state with a small population, and that's probably okay for her. I couldn't see her being the governor of California or New York.

And I think it's okay that a big deal's being made about her. She was such a left field choice that I wonder why she was chosen. There are so many better qualified people.

I'm also seriously irritated that women are voting for McCain/Palin because Palin's a woman. Because she sucks at women's right. Gah.

It's totally sketchy that she hasn't been doing interviews.

I agree that she shouldnt be governor of California or New York, and possibly shoudlnt be governor of Alaska. But I think that all of those other jobs are way more important than being vice president ( ... )

Also, we basically have two qualified people running for president. I think McCain sometimes says dumb things, and occasionally takes dumb positions, but I dont think hes dumb. I also think that McCain is actually fairly principled and wouldnt try half the shady shit that has gone on during this past administration (although my dad insists that his "principled act" was really an attempt to fix his tarnished image after some 80s senate scandal he was involved in that i forget the name of having to do with some lobbyist i forget the name of).

So, in summary, hes not dumb, and he might respect the law and common decency a bit. Way better than Bush no matter what. I choose not to vote for him because I think hes wrong on a ton of issues, but its nice to have a republican candidate you can respectfully disagree with.

Oh, I totally don't think McCain is dumb. And I'm not going to say I "hate" Palin. But I can't see at all the logic behind choosing her.

My main beef with the Republicans is that we don't have have the same ideas of what needs to happen in the country. I think many things they do are immoral. And I'm not going to force my morals on anyone. But I also deeply resent conservative so-called "values" being forced on the country. I feel disrespected by the right end of the political spectrum because they think I can't make good choices. That's seriously fucked up.

I also can't believe that people will vote for McCain because Palin is seemingly more accessible. I hate that "elite" is a bad word and that people think a man who effing taught law is too removed from the common American. When did intellect and education become a bad thing?

Also, I miss you.
