How to question, pls.

Is there a trick to adding a pic to a post?  Can't seem to be able to add from my computer.  Maybe I need to establish an account somewhere else and link?  Does that sound like i might know what I'm talking about, 'cos I don't.  lol.Thanking you for any and all help.  (yes, I had a pic of JP in Australia, thought I might add to the couple or thousand already up, tee hee!)
