tired...too much work....
So this week i am left as the only person in my department...a four person team and there is only me there...the team leader who is never there anyway due to always being in meetings...
you see the temp went on three weeks holiday and the causal is taking a week off while her son is in hospital and the full timer resigned and finished last tuesday.
So as I have no say in whem the temp and the casual take time off...its left with me!
so we are advertising madly for Administration assistant's to fill the gaps in my team,(if we list 'Promotional Controller' as the job title, being Mitre 10 everyone would think its a marketing job, and its so not...its just straight admin) and have spent the week sorting through resume's and conducting initial interviews. Will hopefully finish the interviews tomorrow night and employ someone within the week and then things will slowly start getting easier!
Other than that been working 12 - 14 hour days plus bringin home 5 or 6 hours of work and doing it on the computer at home over the weekend, full day of flyers and shows! But I'm not complaining....I love wrestling! Been having a ball with it as usual, and looking forward to Ballarat next Saturday!
Well better head off to bed...have to be at work at 7am...

Will try a happier,less work oreintated one next time!
