I didn't want to do this, but there have been some issues so henceforth there will be a blacklist of extreme problem-users.
You may decide to proxy buy for any of these users but do so at your own risk.
You may run into the same problems I did and will suffer a lot of grief for it.
Anyone who violates my policies to an extreme or does so repeatedly or is belligerent, rude and/or aggressive will be placed here.
I absolutely will not deal with any of these users or their associates in the future.
No exceptions.
Anyone listed below is banned from my service.
