Thoughts on MySpace.com

So I won't lie. I have a myspace account. I am not quite as diligent with it as i am with this one (which really means that i'm not really diligent with it at all).
Anyway, here I am, reading some of the bulletins and I come across a little blurb in my cousin's that strikes up a something (thought i guess)in my head. The comment was something along the lines of 'I hope to not be on myspace in 10 years' in response to a question in one of those long quiz sort of fill in with personal information things that are in emails, myspace, livejournal, and i'm sure everywhere else.
So what that something was was this- while she might not be on myspace in 10 years, where will she be? It seems to me that maybe generationally (is that a word? it is now) we are hooked to these internet open diaries/timewasters/conversation places. so it would stand to reason that there will be a matured audience myspace type place that will become just as popular only not with the kids (can you call midtwenties kids?) but with the forty somethings.

Or maybe this place already exists and i'm just not knowing where because I'm not there that in the corporeal world so i can't be there in the cyberworld?
