Death is one of those things that always puts a damper on everything.
It seems so unfair.
And I know everything has already been said on this topic. And I know there is nothing you haven't heard, but...
It causes you to pause and stop all of your thoughts. It puts a damper on your brain on the spot. Even if it is just an aquaintence or even someone you only met once. So it makes it even harder when it is someone you know, when it is someone who watched you grow up.
