YEY! Im trying to eat right again, and do consistant work outs. I am back to 167 LBS. I was at my lowest th is year at 158. That was with lots of cardio. I am now doing more weight lifting so being a little heavier is okay but I have a lot of fat on my stomach so its not, THAT okay.
So today I am starting fresh, with eating right, trying to quit pop, and working out. I also am trying this idea that, everything I write down on paper (I will also write on this) will come true in real life. Basically you start out on small things that you KNOW you can accomplish. and before you notice everything you ever write down becomes magical, because the paper is magic!!!! so then you can increase the hardness of what you want to accomplish, but it will still work!!!
So i just created my Magic Journal, you can copy me, infact I hope you do, because im curious on this experiment to see if it actuall works and the effect it has on the human mind.
Today I will write down. I will not drink pop today (starting out small) make sure to write it on REAL paper, not just this... so
