I am not going to say I feel much more optimistic than the last time I posted here. Today Ayla spent the day at a strange house with a strange lady with a dying mother, two dying dogs, and a very dying cat. All this so I could pay her more than half of what I made working in a strange environment myself. This too shall pass, please oh please. Tomorrow I shall scour craigslist for sane flexible babysitters and possibly put a childcare-wanted poster up in my apartment laundry room (there are lots of stay-at-homes moms here and can you say convenient?).
