milkcast: sean penn, josh brolin, emile hirsch, alison pill, james franco, victor garber
what imdb says: The story of California's first openly gay elected official, Harvey Milk, a San Francisco supervisor who was assassinated along with Mayor George Moscone by San Francisco Supervisor Dan White.
- this movie. oh my god. this movie.
- now for real words; it was beautiful. i honestly cannot believe that these things happened. it was an amazing story of an amazing man and if you didn't cry then you have something wrong with your tear ducts.
- it was hilarious too. like not the serious business stuff, but the comic moments were amazing.
- how cute was harvey milk? for reals, sean penn was brilliant. (for real harvey milk see far right frame of above)
- the whole cast was genius actually, even though boyfriend of dirty dancing 2: havana nights bothered the crap out of me.
- i'm so glad i saw this movie.
sometime soon ( i.e. if i ever get the courage to watch the saddest movie of all time): sophie's choice
