(no subject)
Spent most of yesterday cleaning my fursuit materials and tools up, throwing away scrap pieces and re folding the fur nicely. Took all day, but I think it helped because now my stuff doesnt look like its scattered all over the workshop.
I was a bit bummed because not only did I make the mistake of buying "Olive Green" fur instead of caramel color, but my mom also pointed out the large roll of turquoise I got was WAY too light to work for my character's suit.
What gets me is its so hard to find a simple normal shade of BLUE fur thats not too dark or too light, in a good quality. Most of the stuff Ive found online is that crap stuff that Mendels sells. I know its rare and I know it exists too, I've seen a couple suits from Mixed Candy and a few other suit companies made with it. If anyone knows where I can find some, please let me know.
In the mean time I gotta figure out what to do with the rest of this fur. I doubt I can dye it successfully. >_>;
