New toys
Philips awared me tons o'points for perfect attendance and not using sick time last year. So now I can take those points and get nifty stuff! A recent acquisition of points got me my Garmin GPS for the car that I'm loving. The toys this time are:
Nikon Coolpix camera. My current camera, while small, is still too big to just put in my pocket and so it isn't as portable as I'd like. This new one is TINY and does everything the old one does. Mostly. So I have a choice now.
And an HP mini notebook. I have a laptop but it's 256MB memory dinosaur that can't manage more than one web site at the same time. I only really used it when I'd visit the folks and I'd mooch off my Dad's wi-fi. But now that I have something that's a little more modern, I might use it more.
