For those unfamiliar with this canon, allow me to summarize:

Rubber is about a tire that gains sentience and psychokinetic powers-- namely the ability to make things explode. "Things" usually being human heads. The tire goes on a murderous rampage, leaving a string of dead bodies across the Southwest desert.

Being a tire, he has no mouth and so cannot speak. That said, he has no eyes and yet can somehow still see; he has no lungs and yet at one point in the movie you see his side rise and fall as if he's breathing. You learn not to question these things. Point being, he'll understand you if you talk to him, but he can't talk back. Telepaths can feel free to try and communicate telepathically, and see whether that works.

Understand that Rubber is a violent movie, and that this character kills/has killed a lot of people, and a few innocent animals. If you'd rather not have your character interact with a homicidal car tire, let me know here and I'll respect your wishes.

Anon enabled, but I'll need to know the journal/canon/character name in order to avoid it.
