I finally got my new sewing machine up and running and I must say that I am completely in love.
It's a SINGER, like the ancient one my mom has down stairs that I've been forced to use up until now, and threading and controls are basically the same but there's tons more I can do with it. I ♥ the electronic stitching functions but I love that it doesn't go crazy every ten seconds like the old one- have a machine that functions properly really makes creating easier.
Current project: Batty Cat Bubbles from my Plush-O-Rama book.
I'm reusing old fabric that I had, up until today, planned to make into a messenger bag along with my standard felt.
If I don't mess up, he should be pretty cute in the end.
I'll post finished pictures when I'm done- five hours or tomorrow morning at the latest. :3
