(no subject)
Well our house is now totally shuttered for Ivan, which has apparently decided to head more to the west. I got up a little later today because there was no light coming in my windows. It was really nice.
Anyway, my dad's restoring this sailboat that sunk in the Bahamas, so today i had the fun job of sanding some of the old wood from the inside. I sanded like all day, and there's still more to do. I'm actually kind of excited about it though, because it's a nice boat. There's like a "cabin" up front with beds and then a tiny bathroom, and then two more beds, and then a tiny kitchen. We stayed on it last summer in the Bahamas and it's actually really comfortable (as long as the bathroom works)...So if anyone is free tomorrow and feels like doing some sanding, come on over.
Then tonight Nicole and I decided to go to Vanderbilt and watch the sunset. It was really pretty. Then it got dark and we were walking along the beach and walked past a couple that were lying down and getting pretty into each other...
I'm glad there isnt school tomorrow!
