This is really awesome. I enjoyed this so very much. (“A metaphorical precipice.”) You even had Slash!Dragon. ^^ That was too awesome. ^^ (“Yes, yes, fine. I yield. This is me yielding.” AND “I would die for you, Sire ... but it's not my first choice.”) I really loved Merlin here. I think you did an excellent job with this from Arthur's perspective. I was surprised that Merlin lifted the curse rather than the two of them trying to make the other sorcerer do it, but I'm glad for Arthur's reaction. With the sorcerer trying to put them at odds against each other, he probably shouldn't have tried to implant doubts in their minds with the other present and able to discount the doubts. Lovely job with this.
Hee!! This was a lovely little tale. The characterizaton is lovely; the boys are fun and very much in step with canon. Fun plot, too. Thanks for sharing, this will be recced!

this was brilliant. i loved how you managed to write without using visual descriptions (it can be so very difficult.)

It was challenging because I kept forgetting that I couldn't use them. *g* But it was a lot of fun, too.

And of course I had the SD! No story is complete without, imo. :)

Thanks! It's funny just how little tweaking is required to get them from bff to lovers. Not that I'm complaining! :)
