It's just getting hotter and hotter!
OK, so we have our english in-class essay tomorrow. Mr. Hayden said that I have to write it even though I've finished the course. He's such a jackass as Jess and Natalia have already found out.
Today I had the second school series race. I'd won the time trial last week so I was looking to get another win. There was one other guy who was fast as well so we took off for 3 laps of the course. For the first two laps I was feeling great and had him pull me along (it's when the other guy goes in front and sets the pace. It's easier when you're following). On the big climb on lap three my chain broke. I ran a little ways and then got down to fixing it while the other guy rode off. Last time this happened in a race, it took me about 10 mins to do it but I managed to get it done in about 3 minutes this time. I got back on and chased as hard as I could just to limit the loss. In the end I lost about 2 mins, not too bad, but still annoying. I have about a 950 point lead over him in the series so it's all good.
