No fun for the intelligent
Yes, I've decided I'm not allowed to have fun. Other people get to go to the mall or sit around and play video games or smile and laugh and ... well, have fun. But not I. I am in scholarly pursuits, meaning I get to study.
See I have a music lit and history test tomorrow and I figured since I've gotten 16/25 on the past two tests, I should probably studying my proverbial nuts off. All day today I've been in my book and notes, with the exception of when Emily called to tell me she's now engaged!!!! SOOOOoooOOOOOOO excited for her, and the time when Sweet Pea came back to his house and I talked with him for a while and we took about a half hour nap, did something else and took a shower. Oi.
Then him and Harley Boy went to the mall and to visit their friend Michelle only to return to play video games. *sigh* The price of trying to achieve = no fun for me.
Of course, once I finish these studies, I have about 125 pages to read for ethics ... as well a number of other things I've written down. Oh my I almost forgot to record Angel. Wouldn't that have pissed off.
Anyway, back to the grind ....
