Did i ever say i liked rain? I hate rain. Rain is quite possibly one of the worst things ever.
Ten Things i hate about rain
1. Sidewalks. Lets start with sidewalks. Firstly, there's the paved sidewalk, which is the most annoying thing ever, because tiles + water = slippery. grace + slippery sidewalks... you can do the math.
2. Then there's the concrete sidewalks. How hard can it be to pour concrete so that the top is level anyway??!?
3. Fields. Tramping through muddy fields.
4. Trees. I hate tree drip.
5. Trying to operate a CAMERA while standing in the rain.
6. Socks. I hate wet socks.
7. Buses! It's that old problem with air-conditioning and how you can't actually get it to blow away from you or switch it off.
8. Sitting in an air-conditioned place while SOAKING WET.
9. Umbrellas. No matter how you try, fitting two people under one umbrella means that someone will have to suffer the steady stream of drip off the umbrella. At some point in time, this will go directly down your neck.
10. Legs. No matter what, everything beneath your knees will be wet. If your legs are bare, they will be cold and wet, and dry off feeling like you need to wash the top layer of skin off. If you are wearing pants, your pants will never ever dry, leaving you with cold clammy pants.
Someday, i will build a HUGE glass dome, and sit inside in and mock the inability of the rain to come in.
