I am Russian, child is American and I got tide of two countries fighting with nuclear weapons with each other, I had nuclear explosion in childhood and it is not much fun.
Due to this I suggest to train and appoint One Day War with Agreed rules between Russia and USA, but after I think about this I remembered that in Russia two city Moscow and Piter I fighting between each other and bother all country (like Peter explosed 2 Moscow buildings to give support to their president).
Rules I suggested were like following:
1) It shouldn't be nuclear explsion, nuclear explosions are like breaking rules
2) Mean people influenced nuclear explosions should be shut at least.
3) Injured invironment recovering at the cost of side who injured it during after-war times.
4) After counting everythin from Russia to USA will be sent 'balagur' (like Yeltsin danced in Germany when Russian military forces were moving out there) - this is old tradition of Russian to celebrate when everything is over. This 'balagur' I suggest to chouse all Russian people.
5) Rockets and planes go to the east and to the west
7) Prise - Alyaska and Siberia but this I changed to the diamond of 40 carats.
8) This has to be cyclic with period we can see in real situation of the first time - how much time it takes to recover for both sides.
